Made to Order

Every Bespoke Sofa London piece is handcrafted to order. Once production is complete, we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are provided as an estimate and confirmed once the outstanding balance has been cleared. If access, availability, or payment is not in place, delivery may need to be rescheduled.

White-Glove Delivery

Your furniture will be delivered with care and placed in the room of your choice. Packaging can be removed and responsibly disposed of where possible.

Access & Measurements

Please ensure your item can be safely delivered to the intended space. Check all access points in advance — doorways, staircases, landings, lifts, and corridors.

If on-site assembly is required, this must be agreed before production begins.

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery/collection and sign the delivery note. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. Items should remain unused and in original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Failed Delivery & Storage

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available to receive the order, storage may be required and additional charges may apply, including third-party storage fees (e.g. £100 + VAT per week).

Returns & Refunds

Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item on a like-for-like basis.

15-Year Frame Guarantee

All handcrafted furniture from Bespoke Sofa London is built with solid beech wood frames that are guaranteed for 15 years from the date of delivery, giving you long-lasting structural assurance.

What the Guarantee Covers

This guarantee applies to defects in the wood frame that result from faulty workmanship or materials under normal domestic use.

What is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  normal wear and tear

  fabric or upholstery
  
• 
  fillings, foam or cushioning
  
• 
  legs, mechanisms or non-structural components
  
• 
  damage due to misuse, abuse or improper care
  
• 
  issues arising from environments outside usual home use
